About Cyclinic

Our Story:

Cyclinic is a dedicated mountain bike suspension centre, located in Kelvin Grove, Brisbane. Operating since 2004, with a focus on retail suspension and service since 2014, Cyclinic is the go-to for suspension sales and service in Australia. Cyclinic is headed by Aiden Lefmann, who has over 20 years experience racing at an elite level, and has a deep interest in all things suspension, starting at a young age in his career when working with Cannondale. 

With a team of 9 staff from suspension technicians, to the sales and accounts team, we're dedicated to making your ride feel the best it can, with as little hassle as physically possible. Cyclinic sells and services Fox, RockShox, Push Industries and Cannondale suspension systems.

Cyclinic has the finesse and technical know-how for every suspension problem, and the skill to break it down into simple non-tech terms for every rider to understand. Our easy to use online booking and reply-paid postage system allows for ease of transit of your beloved suspension; bringing the squishy bits to our shop door in Kelvin Grove, Brisbane from all around Australia.

Aiden Lefmann - Aiden is our owner-director at Cyclinic. He has been racing bikes at an Elite level for over 20 years, and is the Cannondale, Fox and Push suspension guru. Aiden worked at Cannondale for several years and has developed a strong passion for their suspension systems, and is also a formally qualified technician for Cannondale, Fox and Rockshox suspension systems. Aiden loves bikes, is super passionate, and is the brains behind Cyclinic. Favourite quote - “The ruts are where everybody else rides”

Shaun H - Shaun is our valued suspension technician, bringing a wealth of knowledge with him from his riding, racing and working endeavours from all over the globe. Shaun is a guru on all suspension systems including Cannondale, Push, Fox and Rockshox and is probably the most meticulous, cleanest mechanic in the country. Shaun also happens to be the personal wrench for Richie Rude, and spends part of the year traveling with the fast man from Yeti throughout the EWS season.

Anna B - Anna B is Aido's prettier half, and is an emergency paramedic for the Queensland Ambulance Service, where some of her work involves bicycle response! She is familiar to life between the tape racing XCO and Marathon events around the country at the highest level, and also spends countless hours working through programs and analysing data from her small and passionate group of GRIT Coaching coached athletes.

Jules FF - Jules is a mad shredder and knows a thing or two about bikes. He's a super nice human and is found on the phones at Cyclinic, talking the talk, and helps out in dispatch also. He's also keen racer, and spends his weekends carving the local pump track or sending the big gaps at the local bike park. 

Jason H - Jason is our in-house 'Enduro-Bro'. Jason is also one of our highly valued suspension technicians, and spends his oily days working his magic on forks and rear shocks. Jason comes to Cyclinic with a sound understanding of all things suspension, and has worked in the retail and mechanical sides of the bike industry.

Heather B - Heather is our awesome in house administration manager, and is a crucial part of the Cyclinic ship, keeping it steered in the right direction with regards to all things accounts and admin. Heather rides bikes too, and she's been known to shred the local a new one on her trusty steed. 

Matt T - 'Tapey' is one of our senior technicians. He has worked the bike industry for multiple decades, and spends his days spinning wrenches in our upstairs rear shock workshop. His industry experience and knowledge is second to none, and he can corner like no other man, on 26".
