With over 15 years experience servicing the brand, Cyclinic is a globally recognized and authorized Cannondale Suspension Service Centre - The only one in Australia. This means we're also authorised to carry out warranty work for Cannondale Lefty and Headshok, and we carry a massive range of Cannondale spares to ensure every fork can be serviced without delay. LEFTY | HEADSHOK


Level 1 and 2 Service FROM $229-$379* 

Telescope, dust filter and boot inspection for damage or wear. Telescope clean, reset bearings to achieve full travel and re-grease**. Cartridge stripped of all seals and oil, and rebuilt with new seals and high performance oil to suit customer or factory specification. Damper tuned to increase performance or attain specific ride characteristics if required. All air seals and valve core assembly replaced, fork is inflated using nitrogen and then tested for any air loss. Only original spare parts and high performance factory recommended lubricants and grease used.

*Price range guide includes 'general consumable' replacement parts as required. (For example, A new boot if the old boot is torn)

**Hybrid Lefty are flushed and cleaned then bath oil is replaced. 


Level 3 and 4 Service - FROM $379-$689* 

Telescope rebuild with new inner and outer races (and lower leg if required), bearings and clips then greased**. Cartridge stripped of all seals and oil, and rebuilt with new seals and high performance oil to suit customer or factory specification. Damper tuned to increase performance or attain specific ride characteristics if required. All air seals and valve core assembly replaced, fork is inflated using nitrogen and tested for any air loss. Only original spare parts and high performance factory recommended lubricants and grease used.

*Price range guide includes 'general consumable' replacement parts as required. (For example, A new boot if the old boot is torn)

**Hybrid Lefty telescopes are rebuilt with the factory recommended level of 20wt bath oil.

Damper Upgrade PBR (Push button on top of Lefty) - From $350-$595 (Fully serviced) 

A damper upgrade / trade-in is a great way to give your Lefty a complete new lease of life. Most Lefty models from 2005 onwards are compatible with the latest PBR dampers (Push Button Rebound), giving you greater overall performance from small bump sensitivity, lockout tunability to overall long term reliability. Check if your fork is compatible

Damper Upgrade XLR (Hydraulic handlebar mounted lockout button) - From $400-$695 (Fully serviced) 

A damper upgrade / trade-in is a great way to give your Lefty a complete new lease of life. Most Lefty models from 2005 onwards are compatible with the latest XLR dampers (X-Loc Rebound), giving you greater overall performance from small bump sensitivity, lockout tunability to overall long term reliability. PBR dampers in good condition can even be upgraded to XLR with some minor internal modification as part of a service/upgrade. Check if your fork is compatible

Service prices are indicative only, and may differ up or down depending on the condition of your Lefty or Headshok. We will happily provide an obligation free quote on any service once we have seen the fork's condition at our workshop. Local customers - The fork can be left on your bike when it is dropped off for service.


 

FAQ:

 

Q: What is the procedure for sending my fork to you for a service or service quote? 

A: You can book your fork/shock in for service using our simple online booking form here: Once your booking is completed, you will be able to download your free delivery label online (or via the confirmation email) which is ready for you to print, attach to the parcel and drop off the items at your local Australia Post outlet, or in a RED street side post box. If you prefer to drop off at our workshop, just book online and or just bring it in when convenient. On or off the bike is fine - There are no additional charges for bringing it on on the bike. New Zealand customers will need to cover the postage to us once a online booking is made, however we will send it back to you free of any postage charges! 

Once your fork is received and inspected, we will contact you with the repair quote if requested, and carry out the necessary repairs within 24-48hrs. You will then be emailed all the service information including what was done, what parts were used, how long it took and how to make payment.

Q: What is carried out in a typical service by Cyclinic? 

A: Each service at Cyclinic begins with a thorough inspection and test of the forks condition. We then clean the fork, and release any air pressure. Next up, we remove the damper, and deconstruct, dumping all the old oil and seals. All components are then cleaned using an exclusive isopropyl formula, inspected for damage or wear and we then complete the service quote if required. ALL damper seals are replaced and damper rebuilt with new high performance suspension fluid. ALL air seals and the valve core are replaced, then the fork is inflated using nitrogen to customer's recommended pressure. Finally, the fork is tested for any air loss over a 12hour minimum testing period before getting boxed and prepped for sending home to its owner.

Q: What is the turnaround time for services?

A: Most Lefty and Headshok fork services are completed, tested and ready for return within 48hrs of arriving at our workshop.

Q: Do you offer a warranty on service work?

A: Yes, we provide a 3 month service warranty from date of service. This warranty is subject to our discretion and may not cover your recently serviced fork if it is subject to wear or misuse.
